Espresso Syrup

- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups fresh brewed Café Bustelo┬« Espresso Coffee

  1. STIR sugar and coffee in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to medium-low heat; cook 35 to 40 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 2 cups. Cool to room temperature. Chill.
  2. SERVE over ice cream, pound cake, gelato or other desserts.
